red and white potatoes (peel on), scrubbed and cut
red pearl onions
a bag of baby carrots
1 pk onion soup mix
2 tbsp. olive oil
Combine all veggies in a large bowl.
Sprinkle onion soup mix and olive oil over all and toss to coat.
Put on a foil lined sheet and spray the top with butter flavored cooking spray, or melt butter and drizzle over the top.
I covered them in tinfoil and baked.
Bake at 300 for about an hour.
Sprinkle a little salt over the top and enjoy!
