  • red and white potatoes (peel on), scrubbed and cut
  • red pearl onions
  • a bag of baby carrots
  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • mushrooms
  • 1 pk onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  1. Combine all veggies in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle onion soup mix and olive oil over all and toss to coat.
  3. Put on a foil lined sheet and spray the top with butter flavored cooking spray, or melt butter and drizzle over the top.
  4. I covered them in tinfoil and baked.
  5. Bake at 300 for about an hour.
  6. Sprinkle a little salt over the top and enjoy!
