  • 1 pk. lean ground beef
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen chopped peppers
  • chopped green onion
  • 1 oxo beef packet
  • soya sauce
  • garlic powder
  • 1-2 cups of steam fried noodles
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch
  1. Fry up the ground beef in a large skillet.
  2. Add the corn, peppers, onion, garlic powder and soya sauce and continue cooking until meat is fully cooked.
  3. I cooked the noodles in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes, drained them and stirred them in with the meat mix.
  4. I then dissolved a tbsp. of corn starch in the beef broth and stirred it into the skillet, until it thickened.
