A dandy little side dish!
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, shredded
3 medium carrots done in a mini chopper
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Club House dry ranch dressing mix
Add cabbage, carrots, salt and pepper to a skillet with olive oil. Fry until its cooked to your preference. Add a little water as needed. Stir in the dry ranch dressing and cook another 5 minutes.
