FRIED VEGGIES (from canned vegetables)

1 can green beans 1 can diced carrots 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 cup Panko crumbs sprinkle of salt and pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil
Mix the brown sugar, crumbs, and salt and pepper in a large baggie and add 2 tbsp. olive oil. Drain the veggies and put in the bag. Shake it up until there is a good coating on the beans and carrots. Dump it all out into a skillet and fry for 5 minutes. It added extra flavor to the veggies. I served it with Shake and Bake coated chicken.
