INGREDIENTS
- The Meatballs:
- ½ lean ground turkey
- ½ lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 pack OXO beef flavor
- onion powder
- salt and pepper
- add 1 cup uncooked rice to the meatballs as well
- The Sauce:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- 1 can pineapple chunks w/ juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the meatball mixture together and form into balls.
- Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
- Bring the sauce to a slow boil.
- Mix 2 tbspn. cornstarch in a little cold water and stir in
- when it thickens.
- Add the meatballs and simmer for 10/15 minutes
- serve over rice
