TURKEY BREAST FRY



 I had a couple of ounces of leftover turkey breast and I put it in a skillet along with some light Zesty Italian dressing (my favorite for stir frying ). I added some chopped mushrooms, chopped green onions and a small tomato chunked. I cooked all for about 5 minutes and then topped with 1/4 cup light blended shredded cheese. Continue cooking until cheese is melted. Quick and delicious!
