CHICKEN AND CABBAGE




In one skillet I put 1 small chopped up cabbage and 1/2 a bag of broccoli slaw. I added a little water and cooked on low heat until vegetables were softened to my liking. In the second skillet I put 4-5 tbsp of light zesty Italian dressing, then sliced mushrooms and chopped onion (about a cup of each) and cut up chicken breast. I let that simmer until the chicken was cooked. Then I put everything together in one pan, added a spoonful of soya sauce and a tbsp. of corn starch dissolved in 3 tbsp of water. Delicious!
