I had leftover pork, and decided to chop it up and make it supper. I put it in a pot with some water (2 cups) and added a pack of crushed steam fried noodles, 3 tbs. soy sauce, salt and pepper. I let this bubble for 5 minutes while I steamed a bag of broccoli florets for 3 minutes in the microwave.
I added 2 tbs. cornstarch to 1/2 cup of water and stirred it and then added it to the pork and noodles, stirring until thickened, and then added the broccoli. I mixed in the broccoli and served.
