INGREDIENTS
- strips of meat (cut your own, or go the easy route like I did)
- marinade (I used Kraft Sweet Onion dressing and marinade)
- 1 bag of broccoli
- 1 tbspn. crushed garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate the meat for at least 10 minutes.
- Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes in salted water, then drain well.
- Quickly brown the meat in 2 tbspns. oil, add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the sauce and broccoli..allow the sauce to thicken and remove from the burner. Serve with rice.
- Sauce: ½ can beef broth, 2 tbspns. soya sauce and 1 tbspn. corn starch.
- Mix together.
