INGREDIENTS
- Ground beef
- 2 eggs
- Crushed crackers
- Grated mixed cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup
- A&W spice
- Meatball/meatloaf spice from epicure
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients together and put it in the cupcake pan.
- Bake for 350 for 40 minutes then another 10 minutes on 400.
- Boil your potatoes and mash with butter and milk until creamy.
- Add parsley…just a few pinches…
- Put the potatoes into a glad sandwich bag with the corner cut and make the swirl on top to make the icing.
- Drizzle with your gravy and serve to a happy hungry family.
