INGREDIENTS
- rice
- chicken breast (I cut up grilled chicken nuggets)
- diced red and green peppers
- 1 pk. chicken flavored OXO
- soya sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook rice as per instructions.
- In a little oil, lightly brown chicken.
- Add garlic, peppers, soya sauce, OXO.
- When chicken is cooked add rice.
- Make a hole in the center and add butter and an egg.
- Stir over medium heat until butter is melted, egg is cooked and all ingredients are well blended.
