BRUNCH MASH- UP


INGREDIENTS
  • cooked, plain chicken nuggets
  • light zesty italian dressing
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen chopped peppers
  • 2 cups hash browns
  • salt, pepper and onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. “Fry” all these ingredients in the light dressing.
  2. Scramble 2 eggs into the mix, and, when cooked add ½ cup grated cheese.
  3. Stir to melt.
