INGREDIENTS
- cooked, plain chicken nuggets
- light zesty italian dressing
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen chopped peppers
- 2 cups hash browns
- salt, pepper and onion powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- “Fry” all these ingredients in the light dressing.
- Scramble 2 eggs into the mix, and, when cooked add ½ cup grated cheese.
- Stir to melt.
