CHEATER STIR FRY





(lunch for 2 in 10 minutes)
Ingredients:
4 cooked, breaded, white meat chicken strips (frozen) 1 bag of stir-fry vegetables 6 mushrooms 3 tbs. light Zesty Italian dressing 3 tbs. soya sauce 1 tbs. corn starch, dissolved in a cup of water.
Slice mushrooms and fry in the dressing. Microwave the chicken strips for 3 minutes. Slice and add to the mushrooms. Microwave the vegetables for 3 minutes and add to the pan. Add the soya sauce and stir. Add the dissolved cornstarch/water and stir until thickened.
