Meatballs
1 pound extra lean hamburger meat
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 spoonful of pepper
1 spoonful of garlic powder
1 spoonful of onion powder
1 egg
Mix everything together and roll into balls.
The Sauce
1 1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Grease your pan and place the meatballs on it. Don't layer.
Pre-heat your oven to about 300 degrees
Turn your meatballs over at the half way point.
Bake until they are 90% done.
Pour your sauce over the meatballs and bake until done.
