Spray cooking spray on heavy-duty tin foil. Lay the cabbage slices on top. Add salt, pepper, crushed garlic. Drizzle a little melted butter over each piece and top with dressing of choice.
Cover with foil and bake until it reaches the consistency you like.
I baked it about an hour at 250 and the cabbage still had a nice little crunch to it.
