This is a favorite dish of my Dad and brothers. I fry up the pork chop as I would normally do and slice them into chunks. I add the peppers, carrots, beans and mushrooms and pour the cream of mushroom soup over it. I allow it to cook for about 20 minutes on a low setting in the frying pan that I fried the pork chop in. That is it. Seriously, it is that simple.
2 pork chops
red, green, yellow peppers
yellow and green beans
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pack of sliced fresh mushrooms
