HONEY MUSTARD WINGS WITH NOODLES AND FRIES
3 lb, chicken wings
½ cup honey
¼ cup mustard
2 tspns. lemon juice
salt and pepper
I boiled the wings first and then I mixed the rest of the ingredients together.
My trusty helper, aka Drake, brushed the sauce on the wings.
Bake at 350 for ½ hour, basting them again about half-way through.
I cooked the noodles, then added some salt, pepper, crushed garlic and onion powder (to your own taste) and fried them for a couple of minutes.
The fries, cooked in the Actifry (oil free) are practically guiltless.
