SPAGHETTI WITH PORK BALLS – 20 MINUTE MEAL

You just never know what will happen next at casa Saltwater Happy. With sickness, seizures, catheter malfunctions and what have you, I really like to have meals I can whip out of the freezer that are almost ready to go. The Girl Guide Motto is Be Prepared and in true Girl Guide style, I try to be prepared.
If you have been reading for a while or following my recipes on Chef This Up you will know that I have an Official Pork Ball Day where I bake my pork balls up in advance to pop into meals. My boys love them and request them on a weekly basis. I aim to please so here is another meal made with those famous (in our house anyways) pork balls.
Here is my pork ball recipe I make and freeze.
The balls
1-2 pounds of ground pork
2 cups bread crumbs
ground pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
rainbow peppers chopped
chopped red onion
Mix all the ingredients together and form into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake them on 350 for about 40-55 minutes.

When you are in a hurry and need to have a meal on the table in twenty you can certainly give this a go.
While the spaghetti is boiling you can throw the pork balls into a frying pan to heat them up. Add a favorite can of sauce to the pork balls and allow to simmer. All you have to do is drain your spaghetti and serve your pork balls and sauce over it. If you want you can mix it all together. It is up to you.
