The Spicy Beef Noodle Bowl I made for the family this evening was a hit.
Steam your favorite vegetables.
I picked up a large bag of wax beans and carrot.
I used 2 cups.
I cooked the beef in the frying pan.
I added chopped red onion.
I added chopped red bell peppers.
I added 1 teaspoon of chili pepper flakes.
I added soy sauce.
I added 1 1/2 cups of beef stock.
I added a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, garlic and onion powders.
I added 4 teaspoons flour.
I mixed it together with a fork.
I let it simmer for about 8 minutes.
I boiled the egg noodles in a separate dipper.
I added the vegetables to the beef and poured it over the egg noodles.
Serve and enjoy.
