This macaroni side salad went well with our BBQ. I like the fact that I can make it ahead of time and it tastes even better with your meal.
Boil your macaroni.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add your shredded cheddar cheese and pop it into the microwave for 30 seconds.
Cut thin slices of cucumber.
Half your cherry tomatoes and toss them in.
We also use our own Spanish onions as well.
A little sprinkle of salt and pepper will go along great.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
