SPRING MIX VEGGIES NAUGHTY LUNCH = HEALTHY SUPPER



INGREDIENTS
  • Spring mix veggies (all leaves)
  • ½ cup chopped ham
  • 1 diced tomato
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • ¼ cup crunchy fried onions
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Toss all the ingredients together. Add your favorite salad dressing.
  2. Aunt Barb joked;
  3. “And I decided to try a new dressing today. I picked up Compliments Mango Chipotle. It is very good, but a little on the hot side for lily-livered me. I ate every bite but the mouth is on fire..haha.”
