  • 2 lg.chicken breasts..sliced and diced
  • oil..I used zesty Italian light dressing to fry the chicken in
  • ½ cabbage
  • 2 celery sticks chopped
  • 1 pack frozen veggies
  • stir fry noodles
  • oriental sauce mix
  • 2 tbs. corn starch in ½ cup of water
  • soya sauce, salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste
  1. Cook the cut up chicken in oil, add cabbage and enough water to keep it from drying up. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and then add veggies and whatever seasonings you choose. Add water as needed. Simmer for another 15 minutes and mix the oriental sauce mix packet with a little water and add to the pot. When it comes to a gentle boil again add the cornstarch and stir until the sauce thickens. I threw the noodles on top then and turned off the burner and let sit for 5 minutes until the noodles had softened.
