I’m so excited to share Christopher’s Chocolate Sliders tonight. Christopher is Aunt Barb’s grandson and he is a darling. I often call him Baby Beckham after soccer star David Beckham. Christopher loves soccer and I have high hopes for him. These are his chocolate sliders and they look so good. So soccer star or chef, who knows what he might be?
  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ⅓ cup of oil
  • flour
  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients with a couple of tablespoons of flour.
  2. Add enough extra flour so that the batter is not too sticky.
  3. Form little balls (less than an inch round) and place on a cookie sheet, leaving space enough between balls so they won’t run together.
  4. Bake at 300 for 10-15 minutes.
  5. It will take 2 cookie sheets to use all the mix.
  6. Let the cookies cool and put vanilla icing between them, making a little chocolate sandwich. Absolutely delicious!
