CRISPY BAKED ASPARAGUS FRIES



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dredge asparagus in flour, dip in the egg , and then in a mixture of the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Place on a wire rack on a tray and bake until lightly browned and crispy, 7-13 minutes.
  3. I loved them!
