DOUBLE DIPPED RANCH CHOPS
2 eggs and ¼ cup water mixed together
2 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Club House dry ranch dressing
Combine all dry ingredients.
Dip the chops in the egg wash and then in the flour mix.
Dip again in the egg, and one more time in the flour mix, pressing the chop into the flour mix to make it stick well.
Heat oil in a large pan and place the chops in the oil.
Fry on each side until fully cooked. I did about 15 minutes on each side.
