HOW TO ROAST A GARLIC





The smell in your kitchen as the garlic roasts is unreal. Have a little snack handy because I was hungry while it roasted.
You’ll need a garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and tin foil. Cut the butt off your garlic and pour the olive oil, salt and pepper over the garlic. Cover it with tin foil and bake until soft. I usually turn the oven on about 350 degrees and roast for about 40-50 minutes. When it is soft and ready for use, squeeze out the yummy goodness and enjoy.
