SAVOURY BACON RANCH CHEESY POTATOES



Peel, wash and chop the required amount of potatoes. Place in a large bowl and add the following:
2-3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. savoury 2 tbsp. dry ranch dressing salt and pepper onion powder 3/4 cup crumbled bacon 3/4 cup grated cheese
Shake the bowl until all ingredients are well mixed. Line a baking pan with heavy duty tinfoil and spray the foil with cooking spray. Add the potatoes and cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes, uncovering for the last 10 minutes.
