- thin sliced beef
- grape and cherry tomatoes
- pearl onion
- sweet peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add a little oil to your skillet.
- Fry the beef on both sides.
- Add your tomatoes, pearl onions and sweet peppers.
- Place cover on skillet and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add red pepper flakes, onion and garlic powder.
- Stir and serve.
