STIR FRY WITH CRUMBLED BACON AND ASPARAGUS



I love veggies! I used a pack of pre-cut stir fry vegetables (or you can cut your own), a bunch of asparagus and a couple of tablespoons of crumbled bacon. I put it all in a skillet with a couple tbsp. of lite Italian dressing and a tsp. of minced garlic. I fried for about 10 minutes and then added a little soya sauce, and cooked for another couple of minutes.
