FISH CAKES


We had salt fish and potatoes a few days ago and had some leftovers. Today I mashed the leftover potatoes, flaked, and mixed in the salt fish, and mixed in an egg. I formed patties, dipped them in flour, and fried in a skillet with oil. I actually split the mix in half and to the second half I added chopped onions. A real treat!!
