This is another one of my experiments..a successful one, for sure.
1 can of Pillsbury crescent rolls 1/2 cheddar smokie sausage chopped into small pieces 3 fresh mushrooms, chopped green onions chopped grated cheese
Bekka and I rolled out the crescent dough and made squares about 3x3. On each we put about a tablespoon of each of the other ingredients, and folded until it made a pouch. We baked at 325 for around 20 minutes until browned. Serve hot.
We did the second batch using chopped ham and grated cheese.
Both were big hits!
