1 Walmart angus steak (200 cal) sliced 1 onion sliced 4 fresh mushrooms sliced 6 stalks of asparagus cut into 1" pieces 3 tbs. light zesty Italian dressing 2 tbs. soya sauce 2 tbs. cornstarch dissolved in about a cup of water
Heat dressing (or oil, if you prefer) in a skillet and fry pieces of meat until browned. Add mushrooms and onions and asparagus and cook until done to your liking. Stir in soya sauce. Let heat again to just bubbling and then stir in the cornstarch/water mix. Stir until the liquid thickens.
