LOADED SCALLOPED POTATOES


Ingredients:
1 pack Sidekick scalloped potatoes 1 tbs. margarine 1 cup boiling water 1 cup milk 2 cups broccoli florets 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 1/2 cup shredded cheese chopped green onion
Preheat oven to 425. Combine scalloped potatoes, margarine, and boiling water in a greased casserole dish. Stir until margarine is melted. Stir in milk, broccoli, 1/2 the bacon, 1/2 the cheese and bake, uncovered for 35 minutes. Add the rest of the bacon, cheese and the green onion and bake until the cheese is melted.
