2-3 tbsp. light Zesty Italian dressing 1 onion, chopped 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped 2 tbsp. minced garlic 2 cups broccoli florets 1/2 large green pepper, sliced 1 cup frozen kale 1 tbsp. soya sauce
My favorite way to stir-fry is with light Zesty Italian dressing. It adds enough flavor to the meal without needing to add any other seasonings.
Add onions and minced garlic to skillet along with the chicken. Fry until chicken is cooked. Toss in the green things and cook until veggies are to your liking, adding a little water if needed. I added a little soya sauce.
A great lunch for two!
