Pineapple Meatballs

We used lean ground beef, 1 egg, 1 cup of bread crumbs, sprinkles of coarse pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.  Roll them out on your baking sheet and bake in the oven. We go with the oven on 275 and bake them a little slower for 40 minutes. 

The sweet and sour pineapple sauce is delicious. We use 1/2 cup of vinegar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons corn starch and 2 cups of water. We also use 1/2 cup of pineapple juice.  Mix it together and pour over the meatballs when you are going to serve them and pop them in the oven on 150 for 30 minutes to soak. Don't forget to add your pineapple slices to the top to bake. Yum
