VEGETABLE SOUP WITH DICED TOMATOES


Ingredients: 2 cups chopped cabbage 2 cups diced carrots 2 cups diced turnip 1/2 diced green pepper 1 pouch onion soup mix 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
Add first 6 ingredients to a pot of boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add the can of tomatoes and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper, if needed. I just sprinkled a little lemon pepper spice over mine.
This is just another of my versions of a super low calorie soup. I use different ingredients each time I make it.(and I love it every time!)
