QUICK STEAK AND ONION LUNCH



I made this as a lunch for one, to make it go farther, serve it over rice or noodles.
Ingredients: 1 prepackaged Angus steak (Walmart brand, 200 calories) sliced 1 med. onion diced 2 tbsp. light Zesty Italian dressing 1 tbsp. corn starch
Pour dressing into skillet and add steak and onion. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Mix 1 tbsp. corn starch into a cup of water and add to the pan. Stir until sauce thickens.
