BROCCOLI, CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM BAKE

















Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in bite size pieces 1 bunch broccoli stems removed 6 fresh white mushrooms sliced 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup with 1/2 can water stirred in 6 crackers, crushed 1 cup grated cheese
Heat 2 tbs oil in a skillet and cook chicken and mushrooms, until chicken is no longer pink. While this is cooking microwave broccoli in 2 tbs water for 2 minutes. Drain. Spray a 9x9 casserole dish. Put the chicken/mushroom mix on the bottom. Cover with the broccoli. Pour the golden mushroom over the top. Spread the cheese over the dish and sprinkle cracker crumbs over it all. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
