BLUEBERRY CAKE






Ingredients:
2 cups flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup margarine 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup milk 2 cups blueberries 2 tsp sugar
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
In another bowl cream sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla, then stir in the milk.. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread half of the batter in a greased 9x9 dish. Spoon the blueberries on and sprinkle the 2 tsp sugar over them. Cover with remaining batter.
Topping:
Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup margarine Crumble it over the top of the cake. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
