CODFISH STEW






Ingredients:
2 lbs. cod fresh or frozen 3 lbs. potatoes peeled and chunked 1 large onion (I cut it up and microwaved it in 2 tbs. butter for 5 minutes) salt and pepper
Boil potatoes, with salt and pepper, for about 15 minutes. Add the fish, No need to cut up, it will come apart nicely. Cook another 10 minutes. I added a little lemon pepper to mine...I love it!
