chicken (I used full legs) 1 pack stovetop chicken dressing 4 large potatoes chunked 2 cans of chicken gravy. salt, pepper
Make the dressing according to the instructions on the box. Spray a large baking dish. Spread the stuffing on the bottom. Lay the chicken on top and spread the potato chunks all around the dish. Cover with foil and bake 45-50 minutes at 350. Remove foil and pour gravy over the top. (I heated and stirred it beforehand.) Continue cooking, uncovered for an additional 20 minutes. (This is a new dish and the first time I made it. When I make it again I will put the chicken on the bottom, cover it with dressing and then add the potatoes.)
