WRAPPED BARBECUE ROAST








Ingredients:
I used an inside round roast. Sprinkle each side with salt, pepper and onion powder. Wrap in heavy duty tinfoil. Place in a covered roaster. Cook at 250-300 for 3 hours. Apply barbecue sauce to each side, rewrap, and bake for another half hour.
I served it with small baked potatoes and sauteed corn and carrot dish. I added 1 tbs butter to a small skillet and fried up 1 small can of corn kernels with 1 small can sliced carrots, and added a little soya sauce before serving.
