- sun-dried tomatoes
- grape tomatoes
- chive flakes
- red onion flakes
- Boil the gnocchi with a pinch of salt.
- Place the mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, grape tomatoes in a skillet and allow to simmer on 4 for about 10 minutes.
- Add the freeze dried chives and red onion flakes.
- Drain the gnocchi and plate.
- Spoon the mushroom and tomato mixture on top and serve.
