Gnocchi, Sundried Tomato, Mushroom and Grape Tomato

  • gnocchi
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • grape tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • chive flakes
  • red onion flakes
  1. Boil the gnocchi with a pinch of salt.
  2. Place the mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, grape tomatoes in a skillet and allow to simmer on 4 for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the freeze dried chives and red onion flakes.
  4. Drain the gnocchi and plate.
  5. Spoon the mushroom and tomato mixture on top and serve.
