Homemade Mac and Cheese with a twist

Homemade Mac and Cheese with a twist
  • macaroni
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • sundried tomatoes
  • freeze dried garlic
  • freeze dried parsley
  • pepper
  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • garlic croutons
  1. Boil your macaroni as you normally would.
  2. In a skillet with a little oil, simmer the mushrooms, tomatoes and sundried tomato.
  3. Once the macaroni has been boiled and drained you can add it to the skillet.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Sprinkle your cheeses in and mix again.
  6. Sprinkle your pepper and the freeze dried garlic and parsley.
  7. Add your crushed garlic croutons on top and sprinkle with a little extra cheese.
  8. Cover for 5 minutes and simmer on low.
