1 1/2 - 2 lb. roast (cut into thin slices about 1 inch) 1 can pieces and stems mushrooms 1/3 cup soy sauce salt and pepper 1 12oz. bag of broccoli florets 1 can Campbell's onion soup 1 packet Beef OXO flavour 1 cup water 3 tbs. corn starch 1 pk. fettuccine
Cut meat into small thin pieces. Add salt and pepper and soy sauce. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Fry marinated meat in 3 tbs. oil. When meat is no longer pink add the mushrooms and simmer for half an hour on medium heat. Meanwhile cook the fettuccine, following package directions. Mix 1 packet OXO with 1 cup of water and stir in 3 tbs. cornstarch. Add to the meat and stir until the sauce thickens. Pierce the broccoli bag and microwave on high for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse the fettuccine, add it and the broccoli to the beef mix.Mix and serve.
