SALT AND VINEGAR CHIP BATTERED, BAKED CHICKEN BREAST
7 chicken breasts 1 bag of salt and vinegar chips 1/3 cup of pancake mix 1/3 cup corn flake crumbs sprinkles of salt and pepper 2 tablespoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons onion powder
Directions: Thaw your chicken and beat it with a hammer until it is on the thinner side. Crush the salt and vinegar chips. Add all the ingredients to a plastic bag and shake. Add each piece of chicken one at a time and shake. Bake in the oven on 325 degrees for 45 minutes, flipping the chicken over at the half way point.
