HOT CABBAGE SLAW (A MICROWAVE DISH)


INGREDIENTS
  • I chopped up ½ a small cabbage,a bunch of celery and a few slices of onion. I poured a cup of water in, covered and microwaved on high for 5 minutes, stirred and added ¼ cup of light zesty Italian dressing and microwaved for another 5 minutes. It still had a nice little crunch.
