Ingredients:
4 strips of Butterball turkey-style bacon cut in halves
pancake batter mixed according to package instructions
I fried the bacon in a little oil, while Bekka prepared the pancake batter. In the same skillet pour some batter, roughly the same size as the piece of bacon, add the bacon, and pour another bit of mix on top. Cook on both sides the same as usual.
Serve with your favorite topping..we used pancake syrup.
