FAJITA CHIP CHICKEN SUN-DRIED TOMATO AND CHEESE NACHOS





These chips are made with fajita's. I cut them into wedges, sprinkle a little olive oil and a little poultry spice on them and give them a quick 5 minute bake in a heated oven.

Next, pour on the toppings. Grilled chicken strips, red onion, bell peppers, Mozzarella cheese and green onion all make these nachos delicious, fast and will make your family wanting more and that is alright by me.
