BBQ STUFFED STEAK WITH BELL PEPPERS AND RED ONIONS





I picked up these super thin steaks at the grocery store for next to nothing and decided to stuff them. Here I used red onions and bell peppers with a sprinkle of salt, pepper and garlic and onion powders. I tied them with a bit of string to put them on the BBQ and keep them together. They cooked fast and were so soft that they melted in your mouth. I brushed them with our homemade BBQ sauce a few moments before they were ready to be removed. Simple, fast and delicious.
